Free Downloads
You don't need to register with our site to download our free software. When you download a free product the only data we collect is a count of downloads for each product.
Paid Downloads
If you buy a product from us, we receive some information about you from the payment gateway including your name, country of residence, email address, and the amount you paid. We do not receive any financial information other than the price you paid. We do not receive your card number or the bank account you funded the payment with. We retain the following information for a limited time for the sole purpose of supplying the service that you paid for.
- Your email address.
- Your name as you gave it to PayPal or Stripe.
- The amount you paid.
- The date and time of the transaction and the expiry date.
- Your ip address.
- Your country code as returned by the payment gateway.
- The download Transaction ID that we assign to the transaction.
- Your invoice details if you enter any.
- The date and versions numbers of software you download.
We need this information to help us provide you with support. We retain transaction records for two years after your subscription expires, in case you have any queries about the transaction. Transactions are automatically deleted two years after expiry.
If you have contacted our customer support team then we may have the messages you have exchanged which include your name, email address and whatever information you have volunteered in the messages. We manually delete messages that are more than five years old.
