Your 32-character transaction ID was emailed to you after your purchase. If you no longer have the email, you can try to recover the transaction ID using our Lost Downloads page. If that fails please Contact Us, giving us enough information to find the relevant transaction, and we will email the transaction ID back to you.
Some users have reported that their Kaspersky security software blocks our software downloads with a browser Network Error. You may need to pause Kaspersky to complete the download.
If you use a multi-threaded download accelerator, each thread counts as a separate download, so please disable it before downloading paid downloads.
